★ Baan Yai Family Villa, five bedrooms and Celebration/Yoga space ★

Baan Yai from "Baan Thamarchat villas" is a unique design and huge tropical villa, reminding the well-known Thai "Sala". A fresh Cedar wooden roof 'open' lodge with swimming pool set in a lush coconut grove, it is the perfect place to relax or have fun.

We offer our guests a hotel service with daily cleaning and full maintenance. Tea, coffee, and drinking water are kindly offered to our guests. Water and electricity are also included.

Baan Yai is 320 sqm of living space on one thousand sqm land. There are five bedrooms, all with air conditioning and four bathrooms.

The villa also owns a one hundred sqm event room, ideal for celebrations such as mariages or birthdays or Yoga retreats, workshops, or co-working. (The Shala is potentially shared with our others Villas's guests)

The open plan living area overlooks the swimming pool and has a large sofa area, dining area for up to 12-14 people, a fully furnished western-style kitchen and ceiling fans.

The slightly raised first floor (ground floor) has two Master bedrooms, both with King size beds, air conditioning, TVs (Netflix), private bathroom, private toilet, and safe boxes.

Upstairs you will find another two spacious bedrooms, both with King size beds, sofa, 1 Single bed, Smart TVs (Netflix), air conditioning and fans. Please be aware the bathroom for the first-floor bedrooms is on the ground floor.
There is a fourth open air hot shower bathroom in the garden to give a truly tropical, natural feel.

The Swimming pool (Salt System) is 11 x 5 meters in size, and a maximum depth of 145 centimeters with a large child space.
There are built-in benches inside the pool, and outside the pool there are sunbathing lounge chairs and an umbrella. Ramp access is available to the first (ground) floor.

We have recently built a 100SQM/1000SQFT space devoted to celebrations such as weddings, birthdays, and retreats such as Yoga or Co-working. Please have a look at our pictures!

Please be aware Baan Yai and Baan Ya Kha can be rented together for larger group of 20 people max when both villas are available.
Or, with our lately third villa, Baan Taolili for up to 26 guests, 13 bedrooms when our three villas (full domain) are available.
