Great location

Great location at the quiet end of Klong Nin. Comfortable room with sea view. Good breakfast available. Pleasant staff. I had to ask for housekeeping, which was good once they came. Wifi is very unreliable.

Dirty, poor service, but good location

When I arrived, I was hardly greeted at all, and was told that the standard room that I had booked wasn’t available so they would upgrade me to the “superior room”. They also said that I would have to move rooms in the morning, as that wasn’t what I booked. I told them that I would not be packing all my stuff up again in the morning to move because of their mistake. In the end, they let me stay in the room. When I got to the “superior” room it was far from superior. The walls were filthy, the sheets were stained, which I had them come change immediately. The air conditioner was extremely loud and the shower got the entire floor of the bathroom, the sink and the toilet wet when you used it. The front desk staff were also useless with booking information for tours/etc. About the only thing this place has going for them is their nice gardens and grounds, and the location. It is right on the beach, which most of the day is good, but in the afternoon there are too many rocks to swim. It is also very close to restaurants and 7-11.

Lovely location, but the room i stayed in was terrible. Bathroom smelled very badly, ac didnt work properly, bed was uncomfortable and there were ants in the room

Quiet, superb resort

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It's located just beyond the restaurant/bar strip to be close enough for the action, yet a bit away for quietness. The hostess (Saah) was very friendly and insisted that we were "home". Our room was big and clean with a kitchenette. It also had an outstanding view of the sea and the Koh Haa islands from the balcony and bathroom. We would absolutely stay here again!

Place convenient for beach with sea view

Rooms tired-need some tlc. Not the cleanest of places-if you hang the sign on your door for cleaning,you'll get clean towels,two bottles of water,a quick sweep round and a spray of air freshener-cups not washed while we were there. Bed ok. Ideal for the beach with a balcony facing sea-great for sunset. Our rate had breakfast included which was ok-no choice.brought to room and was eggs,toast,fresh fruit,Nescafé. Adequate and arrived promptly after request. Staff helped with onward travel confirmation.

BĂ€sta servicen pĂ„ Koh Lanta. Otroligt fin personal. Rummen Ă€r okej, inte mer. HĂ„rda sĂ€ngar som överallt i Thailand. Frukosten fĂ„r du serverad pĂ„ din egen veranda, vilket var helt magiskt. Äggröran var bland det bĂ€sta vi Ă„t i Lanta. NĂ€ra till stranden.

Großer Strand aber keine LiegestĂŒhle und keine Sonnenschirme (Sonnenschirme waren alle defekt) Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Klimaanlage im Zimmer sehr laut. Schöne Terrasse vor dem Zimmer mit toller aussicht aufs Meer.

NÀrheten till stranden gör allt. FrÄn vÄrt rum var det ca 30 sek gÄngavstÄnd. Rummet vi hade (superior room) var helt ok. LÄset till ytterdörren var gammalt och fick det att kÀnnas som att man enkelt kunde rycka upp den. Badrummet hade toa och dusch belÀget i samma utrymme utan draperi. Vi led inte jÀttemycket av det. Dock ingen sluttning pÄ golvet vilket gjorde att vattnet fick avdunsta bort. StÀdningen som ingick var stÀdning efter att man checkat ut. Gullig personal som var hjÀlpsam och snÀlla.

Felaktig hotellbeskrivning.

Först och frÀmst: Det finns ingen privat strand, solstolar eller parasoll. Det Àr nÄgot som hotellet har hittat pÄ för att locka gÀster. Det tyckte jag var riktigt lÄgt och dÀrför har det deahot mer helhetsintrycket ordentligt. I övrigt sÄ Àr det ganska mediokra rum och frukosten Àr ingen hit. Slutsats: Ett okej hotell om de slutar ljuga i sin presentation.

Litet hotell i lugnt omrÄde nÀra strand o butiker

Hotellet bestÄr av nÄgra rum i radhusstil med egen altan, en reception och ett litet kök dÀr de gör en enkel frukost som de bÀr ut till rummet/altanen nÀr man bestÀllt. Det Àr kort promenad till stranden och sen fÄr man gÄ en bit söderut till stÀllen dÀr det finns solstolar eller mattor att ligga pÄ. LÀget Àr annars rÀtt bra. Det ligger en minuts promenad ifrÄn de trafikerade vÀgarna och affÀrsgatan sÄ det Àr lugnt och tyst men ÀndÄ nÀra till allt. Det Àr i och för sig ett vÀldigt litet centrum men med en hyfsat stor 7eleven. Vi stannade 4 nÀtter och trivdes bra Àven om vi föredrar att bo vid stranden.

VÀldigt smutsigt och det var myror precis överallt. Av 4 dagar sÄ stÀdade de rummet endast en gÄng. Det bÀsta med boendet var utsikten över havet, lÀget och att personalen kom med frukost varje morgon, sÄ man kunde sitta ute pÄ altanen och Àta. Detta var en standard rum, jag rekommenderar varmt att ni vÀljer Superior eller delux!

Fint vÊrelse med en god seng og aircondition. Stille omrÄde med kun fÄ meter til stranden. Perfekt for os, da vi Þnskede ro. Mange hyggelige strandbarer langs stranden hvor man kan nyde den flotteste solnedgang. Ikke sÄ mange indkÞbsmuligheder i nÊrheden andet end en seven eleven og lille lokal kÞbmand. Vi havde et godt ophold og kan varmt anbefale det!

Safety box inutilisable La vue et l'environnement depuis la chambre ne correspondent pas Ă  ce qui est prĂ©sentĂ© sur le pressbook. Bouteilles cassĂ©es, mĂȘme un couteau en bordure d'Ă©tablissement. pas d'annonce des tarifs pratiquĂ©s et pas de facture pour les frais supplĂ©mentaires. Location d'un scooter : la demande de gonflage n'est pas prise en compte: le remplacement de la chambre Ă  air remboursĂ© par moitiĂ©.
