Leafy, beautiful gardens surround these villas and you are right next door to the elephant park. Not far from the beach and the main strip where there are loads of bars and restaurants. The villas have a good bed but no wardrobe just hanging space which is a shame as if you are there for a while nowhere really to hang clothes. No safe either. Housekeeping when you want it and Paul at reception is very helpful. Free tea and coffee all day. The tv is Thai and the shower average. Very loud music from the bar next door until midnight every night but especially loud at the weekends. Overall I would stay again.

Easy check-in Very friendly staff Room was basic with no wardrobe or safe but it did the job for a couple of nights Great location in the middle of Kai Bae village Wi-fi was very good

Good budget option

I enjoyed my time here, situated well and close to several bars and restaurants, short walk to the beach. The staff were friendly, tour booking available at reception. Complimentary coffee and water refill was available. I felt safe here.

ok but there are better places

Was ok for the price. Shower was really basic, and all the time weri high humidity in the room... clothes/towels wont dry! Whole arel wasent in a good shape, despite off-season they could care more. I did rent an motorbike at the lobby, that was really ok. ps: dont book trips to cambodia ober the K.K.Agency...mafia!

Terrible experience.

Booked this "boutique" hotel before going to the islands nearby based on location and pics. VERY disappointed - the place is unfinished with construction debris around, no breakfast as advertised, loud guests - apparently some big family of locals having a weekend party - up till after 2 am, then at it again before 7 am. All the rooms are around the pool, so there is not chance for sleeping. Fo the money, go somewhere else.

Great bungalows, beautiful gardens, beach close by

These bungalows were great for a nice relaxed get away from the noiser parts of ko Chang. The gardens were very well kept as too were the rooms, staff were great always said hello with a smile. Very close to the beach roughly 10 minutes walk as well as restaurants and a 7/11. Would highly recommend

A lovely room in paradise

Excellent place to stay very close to beach only 200m walk very quiet in evening so get good sleep very close to restaurants and shops and a few nice cocktail bars would definitely stay again

Good basic bungalow

Good for a couple of days while I looked around. Had no problems. It is what it is. It's a little faded but overall it's ok although there are better places to be found in the surrounding area for the same price point. The staff were pleasant enough although a little jaded which is understandable considering the amount of goofy farang that are around the area.

Call of the wild

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived we didn't expect too much as it was such a bargain. The lay out of the bungalows is nice you can catch a glimpse of the sea. The staff are friendly and free tea and coffee is available all day. The bathrooms are a little tired and could do with a freshen up but apart from this they are great. They are situated next to the elephant park which is also great hearing the elephants calling in the morning

A lovely surprise

A 2 night stay in a basic bungalow with fan. The room had everything we needed although next time we would book a room with a/c. The balcony was lovely in the evening and you could see the sea. We were woken by he sound of the elephants which are kept next door which was lovely. They also provide free tea and coffee.
