Pezula Nature Retreat offers 86 accommodations with minibars and safes. Pillowtop beds feature premium bedding. Excellent hotel!!!! We were treated like royalty. There was a glitch when we arrived and they showed our reservation had been cancelled. It was a mistake and they got it sorted out and all turned out great! Will definitely be back!!

We stay regularly at Pezula Hotel and this was the worst ever We booked an interleading family room. In the kids bedroom there were 💩 on the wall next to toilet. Our bed was horrible and hard...kettle not working. We phoned reception to send the golfcart to collect our luggage at check out..non excisting...did not even pitch. We carried all luggage up to our car. Arrived at breakfast we ordered 2x cuppachinos. Staff where shouting an arguing in front of us....we did not get our cappuchinos...I went and asked again where it is and still after another 10min we left without coffee.. Personally It sounded like 1 staff member were not sober. We did not receive the R399 credit..I did asked them about it.. So sad that our favourite Hotel in Knysna was the worst experience ever

Pezula Nature Hotel & Spa impressed us with the dual-room adjoining family suite. Plenty of room and upscale furnishings. The restaurant had a great breakfast each morning, a buffet as well as option to order. We had a car rental and went to several sanctuaries in the area. Spa was beautiful and relatively inexpensive. The grounds are kept exceptionally well. If you are in the George/Knysna area, this is a great choice for a hotel in a central location.
