Staff was busy when we checked in. Not their fault; just too few staff for the number of guests checking in. The "poor" rating is due to way too much noise in the hallways with one other guest shouting obsenities (maybe into his phone). Walls are paper thin. I'll try a different hotel next time I'm in the area.

The room was okay the bed was a little hard but I slept alright. The front of the hotel looks nice but the back of the hotel where my room was could use a little sprucing up. The hot tub and pool area was filthy! It had green mold growing everywhere, the pool and hot tub were dirty but that could have been from the insane amount of kids that were there from a cross country meet. There was also a giant cockroach right next to the hot tub as I was leaving. The pool area was just absolutely disgusting. Breakfast was pretty good. They had a variety of food to pick from. I will never stay here again. I’d rather stay at the Drury inn which is just on the other side of the highway. Some friends of mine invited us to their hot tub at the Drury inn and it was so nice so clean, well kept!

The bed was comfortable, the room was a nice size. The air conditioner was very loud, the hot tub was green and housekeeping opened our door at 8:30am without even knocking or saying housekeeping. There are no do not disturb signs to use.

Shower hot and cold didn’t work properly. Room never vacuumed for three days, or room not cleaned. Front desk person very slow, seemed to just going through the motions. We had no coffee in the room. Had to get it at front desk. I don’t recommended.
