Don't plan on staying here unless you have least $200 in cash on you. You can book and pay for your room online and then when you get there they demand $200 in cash (they won't accept credit or debit card for the surprise "Deposit"). They told us it was because we are local. The Hotel is an hour and a half drive and in a different time zone from where we live, so not sure how we could be local. Overall a very bad experience that nearly derailed our trip to see the Joe Koy comedy show in Knoxville. Fortunately we were able to find a different much nicer hotel on short notice and Orbitz got them to agree to a refund.

There were roaches in one of the rooms we booked. The rooms were located near the poll and at 1:00AM there was noise coming from the pool area so it was difficult to sleep.

This was my second time staying here, and to be honest, the second time was a mistake. Both times I've stayed there, the rooms smell so bad that it's difficult to sleep, and the bedding is stained.
