The staff were amazing! The rooms were very nice and clean. Modern and updated. Bathroom was clean. I felt refreshed waking up after being on the road all day. They had laundry on the fifth floor to wash some clothes. Checked out in the morning and again the staff was very nice and accommodating. Would certainly stay here again.

I reserved a room 1 month in advance for 1 King size bed. They put me in a room with 2 smaller beds and the AC unit was only pumping out hot air. Around 3a.m. they put us in an ADA room with a king size bed and still had to check out by noon. Not a great experience for me and my wife on Valentine's Day.
