We stayed for one night as we passed through the area. The price is reasonable. Front desk staff friendly and efficient. There is a sign at front desk saying they currently don’t have house keepers and house keeping service is provided only when requested. There was no washcloth in the room. The bath towels were damp. I did not notice that until I came out of shower. I’m not sure if they had been changed since the last guest. There were ants crawling on one of the bedside tables. Apparently there was food spill there, and the table had not been wiped.

We stayed on building two. Might be the reason the WiFi was terrible. No ice on 2nd building. I would suggest leaving the continent breakfast at least until10am like in most hotels. The lady at the front desk was super nice and friendly. I should’ve had ask her name to thank her here:)

For motels this place is great and I will be back. It was clean and surprisingly quiet because other Travelers were there and it was not filled with long-term tenants which can always be an issue in motels but this one did not have that and it was great. The breakfast was decent and had some good choices parking was very simple and the people in the front were courteous and helpful. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars and only gave 4 is because I thought Klamath Falls was going to be a green outdoorsy area that was also safe but the neighborhood just looked like an old rundown area, sadly, had no idea. Also, there may be people within a couple blocks that are on drugs but I mean the actual site was safe except for a couple people riding their bikes through the parking lot at which point I parked my car immediately in front of my own window and door. This hotel cannot help the fact that Klamath Falls is kind of older and not well kept but you know what it just so happens that right down the street from them on the same block was a Starbucks a Chipotle a sandwich shop and some other good stores that make it very convenient with lots of choices to eat... maybe the neighborhood is trying to improve itself and that's a great sign.

Value for money

This property was unexpectedly clean. The rooms were clean. Bed was good quality. Water pressure in the bathroom was better than I have ever experienced in any hotel. Towels were washed properly and were in like new condition. Soap and shampoo were also of good quality. Breakfast was average.

The property is older so I knew I wasn’t getting the best but it should be more thoroughly cleaned as such. There were little black ants crawling around In the bathroom, in the tub and on the ceiling. And the floor felt as though it hadn’t been cleaned in a while it was sticky or tacky feeling.
