It's a lovely place over all, the kitchen is the best part, an actual kitchen, the living room is great as well, having a full and a half bathroom is nice as well. Keybox made the entry easy and liked the ski room. It is actually a one bedroom with a bunk bed in the hallway between the bedroom and the bathroom, whi h means you can't access the bedroom or bathroom without going through the "second bed room". Others have mentioned the bus depot next door plus a busy street which makes sleeping with windows open impossible. Having 3 rolls of TP in a place that sleeps 4 for a one week booking seems ridiculous, when the place is hundreds a night and ten rolls of TP are three bucks at the store next door, so I donated some to the place... Nice place and an accurate description and pictures would probably not have kept me from booking it in Kitzbühel.

Good… could be better

A great property, but a little bit let down by a few simple things. When you have high up bunk beds, you really need to clean on top of the wardrobes and door frames as they were thick with dust. Shower enclosure and toilet seats need better cleaning. Also the distance from the bus top of 200m and 10 min walk to town is optimistic at best. On the more positive side, The layout was fine and worked well for us and the appartment is spacious, warm and cosy. The kitchen is particularly well equipped. Also really convenient to a couple of supermarkets

Nice place but strange layout

The place was nice but the bedroom layout didn’t give as much privacy as we were hoping for. Also there were limited amounts of things like toilet paper and towels that we had to get more of.

Zweckmäßige große Ferienwohnung

Dank des guten Wetters, waren wir nur morgens und abends in der Wohnung, die zweckmäßig eingerichtet ist, aber nicht luxuriös. Durch den Holz überdachten Balkon und die Sparbeleuchtung der Retroleuchten ist die Wohnung relativ dunkel. Der Blick vom Balkon geht auf die Rückseite des Gebäudes des Postbusdepots und auf Parkplätze des nachbarschaftlichen Einkaufzentrums. Das hat Vor- und Nachteile: man kann alle Getränke und Lebensmitteleinkäufe zu Fuß erledigen. Morgens bei geöffnetem Fenster etwas länger schlafen, ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, da man die Geräusche des Postbusbetriebes und der nahen Hauptverkehrsstrasse mitbekommt. Allerdings bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist es leise.Der Kontakt zur Vermietung war hervorragend, kleine Beanstandungen wurden umgehend behoben.

Sehr schöne FeWo mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Angenehm ruhiges Haus in guter Lage. In nächster Nähe sehr viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf. Parkplatz am Haus.
