Beach access is just 75 steps away from your doorstep. The living room boasts a new electric fireplace that provides warmth and charm, a Vizio smart TV, and a Vizio soundbar, while the master bedroom is also equipped with a smart TV.

The townhome features two large bedrooms, each with their own private full bathroom. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a scenic private deck, while the second bedroom sleeps three with a custom twin-over queen bunk bed.

The living room has a hide-a-bed couch, cable TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The kitchen offers a breakfast bar with three stools and a dining room table that seats up to five people. The kitchen is well stocked with glassware and dishes, utensils, pots and pans, bakeware, and all the gadgets you'd expect, such as a blender and an insta-pot. It also has an electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, ice maker, drip coffee maker, and a Keurig coffee maker.

We provide sheets and towels for all beds and bathrooms, as well as kitchen hand towels. Please bring your own beach towels. You can find a washer and dryer in the first-floor garage, along with a shower for when you return from the beach.

The garage also houses beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach toys for you to enjoy, and there are several bikes available for you to ride on nearby trails.

The Sea Dunes community offers a host of amenities, including a pool, hot tub, tennis courts, racquetball court, basketball court, game room, and fitness center. Please note that pool access is weather-limited, but it is generally open from the middle of May through the middle of October.

Great shopping and restaurants are just minutes away. Hurricane Moe’s and The Black Pelican, I Got Your Crabs are an easy walk. We also recommend Bad Bean Baja Grill and Barefoot Bernie's, which are also close by.

Our goal is to make your stay as memorable as possible. Cleanliness is also one of our top priorities. After each guest departs, our cleaning team thoroughly cleans the townhome in accordance with CDC guidelines to ensure it's ready for the next guest's arrival.

Your safety always comes first. If an official evacuation order is issued for the Outer Banks due to a hurricane, VRBO allows a full refund. If a storm is only in the forecast (but no evacuation is declared), our regular cancellation policy applies.

You will have access to the entire townhome including washer and dryer in the garage. The front door has keyless entry. The door code will be provided prior to your check-in-date. Check-In begins at 4pm. Check-Out is 10am.

Single handedly the best equiped rental I've ever stayed in and that's been a lot. Excellent communication, beautiful home, everything we needed, and so much space. Was clean and beds were comfortable. I wouldn't love the balcony during busy season as you are right next to the neighbors but it was just fine while we were there with beautiful views. We took advantage of the bikes with the nearby trail and beach chairs - loved not having to pack that stuff! Thank you for being so generous with your things!

Our stay couldn't have been better! The location is perfect: you cross one street and you’re on the beach, it’s in between shops/grocery stores/everything you may need in just a few minutes drive. Great condo

My family along with my son's girlfriend visited the Outer Banks to attend our son's best friend's wedding. To get a place for 5 adults to stay was about half the price of what a hotel would have cost and offered a lot more in the way of space. While we didn't have much time in the area due to the wedding we did have a chance to take the very short walk to the beach one night. The condo was lovely and communication with the owners was great. They even left us a gift card for the Black Pelican restaurant. I highly recommend this condo!

Great place for a family vacation!

We had another fantastic family vacation here. The hosts are very thoughtful and have everything you and your family will need for a great week at the beach! The location is fantastic as you are next to the beach and lifeguard station. There is a community pool that's great to hang out at after some time in the ocean. There are also some quality restaurants within walking distance. We will definitely be back again!

We had a great week.The location is perfect and the property had what we needed. Communication with the host was easy. It is beautiful. We loved time on the balcony overlooking the ocean. There was a great deal of space for the two of us. There are good places nearby for food. Highs were generally in the 70s, with rain one night and then on the day we left. The beach is perhaps a minute's walk from the front door. It was a wonderful, relaxing visit.

We had a wonderful time staying at the Superheat Retreat! The home is close to several beach accesses and restaurants. Having beach chairs, beach toys, and bikes at the condo was such a blessing. Being able to pull our car into the garage to protect it from the sun was a bonus. We all enjoyed sitting on the top deck in the evenings to watch the waves and the birds- even the teenagers joined us! Our whole family rated the Superheat Retreat as a 10 out of 10. What wonderful memories we made!! Thank you!

Kitty Hawk TREASURE!

Superheat Retreat is the PERFECT beach getaway spot. The location couldn’t be better. Just a 2 minute walk to the beach and a quick walk to some great popular local restaurants. This beach house is very comfortable, clean and has all the comforts of home. We were personally so grateful linens, beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards were provided because we flew in from Texas! The owners easily communicated with us about our visit and even surprised us with an early checkin due to the prior guests leaving early on their check out day. It gave us a few more hours on the beach. We can’t say enough good about our relaxing week at Superheat Retreat!! AWESOME!

Location, location, location!

The condo is very clean and freshly painted. The kitchen is very well stocked with all things you would need. The patio furniture was amazing each morning for watching the sun rise and at night for playing games- as it gets afternoon shade. The community pool was also clean and easy to get to. There are several beach access points directly across the street and at each point of the neighborhood- it is beach front and so easy to go back and forth all day. The bunk room was a highlight for the kids. The garage has a hose and shower- and the beach closest was stocked with umbrellas, boogie boards, toys and a beach cart. Such a great week for our family- highly recommend!
