my flight landed pretty late at night and i didn’t know the shuttle had to be called in . the front desk person was incredible and got me set up shuttle driver Bill arrived quickly and was so nice. i wish i could remember the front desk woman’s name but she was so kind to me check in was quick she noticed i was traveling alone and made sure i was safe. Room was spotless and very comfortable and they accommodated me with a late check out since i arrived pretty late. i will definitely be back! noticed that i was a woman

After a long flight from California, I arrived to a room that was freezing. I couldn’t figure out the heating system but had the temperature at 82 but wouldn’t heat the room. I finally called the front desk and they said my room was on AC mode and that they will switch to heating!!! Raleigh is freezing at this time, why would you have rooms set for AC and not inform your client that the property controls the temperature at the front desk??!!! Well, it took forever to get the room to a comfortable temperature. I had a terrible night.

The rooms were clean ,the staff was amazing from the front desk checking in ,to the bar ,and breakfast all the staff was polite and helpful . The amenities were great nice size pool and outdoor sitting area. I stayed during the Christmas holiday so they even had an event for the guest to come down and enjoy complimentary drinks and food and mingle by the bar it was just a great trip for the holidays to see the families with matching Christmas pajamas and everyone happy and the place was decorated so beautiful with Christmas trees and lights it just made me and my kids happy it definitely was a pleasant stay.

The hotel was absolutely amazing, but the skinny, African American guy making the omelets has a proplem with speaking when he isn't spoken to. He needs to learn his manners. Thankfully the other gentleman was able to save my experience buy apologizing for the other's behavior and he also made me a good omelet. Everything else was a 10 out 10 experience. Management, please make sure your employees match everything else that is great about your hotel. Also, please make sure your ingredients are visible to the customers before we step up to order. My husband actual had a problem with the guy that saved my experience because he didn't see the list of toppings. This problem has also been highlighted in another review before mine. Ty
