Luxury Villa Utsun Otso in Lapland is completed in 2024 and offers spacious, comfortable and high-quality accommodation up to eight persons for families and groups of friends alike, with natural elements and the dark shades familiar from bears. The view of the surrounding nature through the windows is like a living painting, changing in colour according to the seasons and the weather, but always just as breathtaking. You can even admire the Northern Lights while relaxing on the sofa!

The villa’s four bedrooms are located on different floors. The master bedroom with double bed is located on the top floor and has a private bathroom with shower. The bedroom on the middle floor also has views of the fells, a double bed and a bathroom with shower. Downstairs there are two bedrooms, one of which can be converted into either a double or twin bedroom. The second downstairs bedroom has twin beds.

Step into our inviting living room, where warmth and elegance intertwine seamlessly. A fireplace sets the scene for cosy gatherings, while expansive windows frame breathtaking views of Lapland’s nature. This middle floor is completed with an open kitchen and dining area, inviting you to ejoy every moment in comfort.

Prepare culinary delights in our fully equipped kitchen, where every detail is designed for both functionality and style. Whether you’re a seasoned chef or a culinary enthusiast, the state-of-the-art appliances and counter space make cooking a joy. Gather around the dining area, on a spacious table for eight, and delight in memorable meals with loved ones.

Relax in the villa’s sauna and bathroom facilities, which also include a separate lounge, dressing room and toilet. In the soothing warmth of the sauna, you’ll recover from the day’s activities in no time. From the showers you can access the outdoor terrace with the villa’s jacuzzi.

Adjacent to the sauna and shower facilities is a private lounge with a home theatre, plush sofas, bar equipment and a table and chairs. A great place for a night out or relaxation for the whole family. The lounge also has direct access to the outdoor terrace and blackout curtains to top off movie night!

The villa has two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with shower and toilet. There is also a separate toilet on the middle floor. The downstairs sauna area has a bathroom with two showers and a separate toilet.

Downstairs there is a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, separate drying cupboard and ironing facilities. In the front yard there is a garage for one car and the possibility to charge a hybrid or electric car (11kw). There is also a storage room in the garage for storing hobby equipment, for example. The yard can also accommodate parking for 3-4 cars or several snowmobiles.

You can also charge your hybrid or electric car at the charging point in the garage (11kw) and of course we will take care of the firewood for your holiday.
