You definitely get what you pay for. Room was a good size. Bed, pillows and towels were comfy. Room was not refreshed for our second day stay, bed made garbage emptied, FRESH TOWELS. Breakfast a fruit, coffee and tea then yogurt, granola bar, juice box in a brown bag really? We are adults. Key cards were horrible to work and very very noisy people coming and going. Room was clean but a little more attention could be taken example a big hand print on the bathroom mirror. Also bathroom lighting was awful. This hotel definitely needs some attention. Staff were kind.

The staff was very nice and the hotel/room was clean enough. But the hotel itself was very run down, parking was extremely limited, major potholes dirty grounds and didn’t feel safe. The first floor rooms all have sliders that weren’t very secure and some opened into a back alley. As a solo traveler that felt unsafe so I for a room on the second floor. While the bed appeared clean, my second night there I felt like something was biting my legs and I woke up with a red welt on my face. My third night I woke up with two more welts on my face. Spider bites? They advertise breakfast daily, turns out it is only cold food (yogurt and a granola bar) in bags to “grab and go” , coffee tea and juice. I was very dissatisfied with my stay and won’t stay at a Travel Lodge again.

The photos are different than the rooms. Very outdated and overall run down. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was yogurt and coffee. Would hardly call that a breakfast. But! The room was very clean. Which was lovely the property itself (outside) quite dirty (garbage everywhere)

Staff were nice and pretty efficient. Property badly needs updating. I felt bad taking my high school team there. For the price I should have known better. Didn’t see anything that made me feel unsafe. Good food and restaurants nearby and fast food aplenty.

Most of the rooms have an adjoining door. Unfortunately, the clients in the adjoining room kept us awake until 3 am. Unit seemed clean but bedspreads old and who knows how dirty? Our room was very fold when we arrived and we tried to turn up the heat. We needed to call staff to fix the thermostat and then kept watching it and turning it back on until it as finally warm enough. There is a binder with the tv channels but they are different from the list. All in all, not even good.

Went in and had to change 5 rooms because there were huge holes in the bathtubs the beds were a mess and the ppl that were there staying were loud and rude. The staff was ok. Had to walk all the way around building to get to car because they didn’t have certain doors working around the building. It was baaaad.

Very poor management and customer service

The customer service given by Abel the manager was atrocious! We were placing a gentleman for two nights into the hotel, sponsoring his stay to remove him and his dog from a domestic situation. They were refused the reservation we booked for him, and then the manager hung up the phone after screaming at me rudely while trying to sort the problem. Not only did they refuse the stay, they are refusing a refund. I will never have a kind word to say about this manager or this franchise if they continue to allow this repulsive behaviour.
