Absolutely disgusting- there was urine stains on the beds, public hair on the toilet seat, the floors were sticky everywhere (you had to wear your shoes at all times). Counters/tubs/chair stained. Spiders on walls, pad lock was broken and a hole at the bottom of the door. This was a sketchy building so that was a massive issue as well. Got a refund and left.

A very nice quiet hotel. The bed was comfortable but bring your own pillows! We had two pillows, one was flat and the other lumpy. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was nice.

Good for the price

It was good for the price paid. The breakfast was very generous, swimming pool was great and staff are helpful. The bath shower head was not sufficient for me, bathing is the better option. The noise from the laundry or water usuage in the building was on through the night. I am a light sleeper so it was not so good for me. Overall the space met the needs of 5 members. Thank you for your service!

Compensation??

The trip was amazing, pool was great to have outside. On our last day, the fire caused all of our luggage (because we had to leave the room immediately) and belongings to be smoked filled. Compensation was NOT offered. This is the most ridiculous thing that happened and a generous offer of a free night/some money back from our trip would have been an “I’m sorry this happened” gesture.

Easy to get to off of the highway, shopping like grocery stores and walmart were across the road, different dining all around that were walkable, or even just order from the pub that is attached to the motel. Motel rooms could use new pillows, as mine was lumpy.

The room we had was very spacious. The bathroom towel rack is rusted, there was cobwebs and dirty door knobs and windows. Counter tops had marker stains on it and could have been easily cleaned with a magic eraser. Attention to cleaning details was lacking. Pillows were flat and limited.

Room overlooked parking and no net only heavy curtain so couldn't get natural light in room. There was black mould on the ceiling and peeling paint. During the night the room was cold and no one available on reception. Positive - breakfast was ok with self service cereals, bread and spreads.

The property needs work, is old and dated. I requested early check in by one hour, I called on the day of as they requested and received confirmation I’d have a room ready. When I arrived, the room was not ready and I had to wait for another room which did not have towels or a tv remote and the room phone was not working to call the front desk. I used my own phone and waited nearly 20 minutes for someone to answer. The AC made noise all night. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this property.
