We needed to stay another night so booked ok your app. Went down to office and co firmed and could keep same room . Manager advised all in order. Next day I was at an appointment in AM. A man from the total basically barges into our room and told my wife to gather or stuff and get out. She explained we had reservation to no avail. She went to office who couldn’t carriage anything ( in competent) and she explained we we were paying for a confirmed room with same card . Still basically wouldn’t Listen we had to go. Finally advised I was on my way back. Came back and asked them to pulll up our reservation and there it was!!!! No apology - nothing but continued arrogance. Worst travel experience of my life. Wife humiliated in public.

This property was comfortable and clean. The staff was knowledgable and helpful and very friendly. It’s conveniently located to the highway but also makes it very noisy but we enjoy our stay and we will most likely be back again the next time we have to be in the area.

Very bad decision

Customer service lady do not know even ABC of customer service. I booked room for one night after check in I noticed room has a lot distracting with walking ln the lobby and too much traffic noise. When I asked customer service to change my room she said that from tomorrow I will change your room . I said that this room is not acceptable she said that have used room? . Completely out of mind answer and behaviour . Washroom was not cleaned shower handle was sticky, around bathroom faucet deposited white things. I have attached photos.bed was very sunken I slept like in this dig
