Great place and in a great area! Just a couple of blocks from groceries and a pharmacy, a 20 minute walk to uptown waterloo, and a quick bus ride to UW, WLU, or downtown kitchener.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities
There was no bottle opener. The A/C was horribly noisy. The windows were filthy. The bed was awful, like sleeping in a trough. The stairs are steep and not appropriate for anyone with mobility issues. No TV instructions. The room was clean.
