We arrived at 9:30 at night and our room was not available. We waited in the lobby for half an hour while the front desk staff member Ashish, went upstairs for unknown reasons. We never got a clear answer as to why our room was not available. when he came back, he offered us an upgrade to a two queen bed suite which we did not want. Due to the late Arrival for a one night stay this didn’t really compensate us. In the morning, the manager Aravind offered us compensation but could not go ahead without Expedia approval could you please address this issue for us?
