Central to everything. My room was a Ground Floor room and the first time I opened the Screen door it came right off the track!! The desk clerk could Not fix it! Im not happy that I had to keep my door closed!!

We had a previous night stay at the Comfort Inn Belleville that rated a 10/10 due to the attention to the details, offerings and the most comfortable beds which was the total opposite to experience at the Comfort Inn Cambridge! The lack of attention to detail was blatant such at the complimentary breakfast having a two tiered tray for fruit empty and a coffee beverage station that should have been fully stocked but was as sparse as it was from the previous afternoon as witnessed. If overlooking everything else it was not acceptable to be subjected to the squeaky, springy and unsupportive beds and having to wake with a slight back pain! We had family members staying across the hall and they too had the similar experience with their beds! Aughhh! Horrible experience!

We stayed two nights and I was thoroughly impress at how clean the room was. And they even cleaned the room after our first night, which has not happened without request in other places we stayed at since after Covid. Brought in new towels, made bed and removed garbage 👍
