Needs major updates

This hotel needs major updates and the staff needs to be educated on simple things like AC and Heat. AC was from 1982 and the filter probably hasn't been change since then. Breakfast made me sick. Carpet was sticky and needs replaced. Bathroom was fairly good. Walls need patched and painted. Etc. I paid way to much for the poor shape of this hotel. Very disappointed wont be giving them my money. Now the thing I did like was my room location.

Mold in the bathroom (ceiling and around tiles that were pooping off) The whole floor smells damp and moldy. The shower drain was partially clogged. The bath fills up when you take a shower. The air conditioner is very loud and the vent is visibly dirty. The carpet was stained I asked for another room and was told they were sold out so I cancelled my 2 other nights to stay at the Sheraton 10 minutes away.

Toilets (inside the room and in the basement) weren't good, flushing took a while and multiple attempts to flush completely. Pillows weren't comfortable, too puffy and not firm. Elevators was too old, my kids were scared when taking the elevator but they had no choice because we lived on high floor.
