This place has left an extremely bad experience for us. First off, the parking lot was full when we saw there were a couple of lots still not taken. We have to find our way to find our own parking lot. Thereafter when we check in it was using a kiosk and by keying my name there wasnt any booking. Have to ask the reception staff for assistance. The staff has to key in the booking number and my booking was found. We have to do all the check in ourselves by scanning the passport and made payment for the accomdation tax. When we choose card, our payment cant get through. And we have to ask the reception staff for assistance again. This reception staff came and assist us while checking with another staff perhaps her senior or supervisor. While they talked, the senior/supervisor was giving us an attitude expression and stare at us. This totally put me off. I have noticed any guests who are japanese, they will be friendly and gave their best service. As a non japanese, we felt their hostile service. However the reception staff still provide us with a friendly service. Overall i wont recommend this hotel after my experience
