Lovely appartment

Even though the appartment was by a main road, we still found it quiet and very comfortable. It was a short distance from St Johan and also not far from Ellmau. The appartment was very will equipped and the owner lived in the same block and was very helpful. Just one tip, the owner only seemed to speak German, but not a problem for us because my son is fluent in German. Generally the Tyrol is a great place for a ski holiday. Looking to return next year.

Alles in allem eine schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Es ist ein ruhiges Haus. Der Balkon ist sehr schön und man hat einen wunderschönen Blick in die Natur. Mit Kindern ist die Wohnung ideal, da es sich bei den Schlafzimmern um ein Durchgangszimmer handelt. Auch ausgestattet ist die Wohnung sehr gut. Es könnten ein, zwei Wassergläser mehr sein, aber man kommt zurecht. Das einzige was etwas störend ist, ist der Straßenlärm der Hauptstraße in einem Schlafzimmer - also mit geöffnetem Fenster schlafen geht nicht. Für uns auch etwas befremdlich war, dass man bereits unten an der Haustür (die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. OG) die Schuhe ausziehen musste und dann durch Flur und Treppenhaus mit Strümpfen laufen musste. War auch umständlich beim Auto aus- und einpacken. Ansonsten aber alles top 😊👍

Schöne Unterkunt, aber starker Straßenlärm

Das Appartement ist sehr liebevoll und schön eingerichtet und bietet allen Komfort. Wer mag kann auch den Pool nutzen; allerdings im privaten Garten des im Haus lebenden Eigentümers. Wer allerdings lärmempfindlich ist, sollte das Haus nicht auswählen. Direkt vor dem Haus ist die sehr stark befahrene Innsbrucker Str. Wir haben jede Nacht mit Ohrstöpsel geschlafen.

Jederzeit wieder

Wir waren im Juli hier im Urlaub und wir waren sehr zufrieden. Sehr nette Gastgeber, sehr gepflegte Wohnung, wunderschöner Garten und als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung sehr gut. Nach hinten heraus hat man einen herrlichen Ausblick auf den Wilden Kaiser und im Garten und in der Wohnung merkt man, dass hier sehr viel Liebe hineingesteckt wurde. Fazit: wir kommen gerne wieder!

Super urige luxus Wohnung!

Wir waren zu viert (2 Pärchen), für 2 Nächte in diesem schönen Feriendomizil. Das Apartment (2 Schlafzimmer, mit Küche/Aufenthaltsraum) war offensichtlich neu renoviert. Es ist sehr urig, aber doch auch modern eingerichtet (viel Holz), alles sehr schön und mit Liebe zum Detail dekoriert. Alles ist super sauber, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, sodass wir fleißig kochen konnten. Das Haus liegt gut, direkt an einer Langlauf Loipe. Zum Skigebiet St Johann sind es mit dem Auto nur wenige Minuten. Auch ein Skiverleih ist in der Nähe.
