Walking distance to Cedar Island Marina and a municipal boat launch. Bring your boat, kayaks, jet ski, paddle boards or sail boards. Direct access to Cedar Creek watershed area, perfect for Birders. Cottage comes equipped, linens, towels, umbrella, beach chairs, Just bring your food and drinks! Kitchen is fully equipped. This home is available all year. WIFI INCLUDED and Cable included.
