I’ve been staying at this hotel for over a decade, and it has always felt like home. During my recent two-week Christmas stay, I noticed a few areas that could use improvement, but the staff truly made the experience special. The bell team—Phillip, Dwayne, and especially Tevin—continue to provide outstanding service. Tevin always remembers our large family and goes above and beyond every visit. Camille at the front desk was warm and welcoming, and housekeeping was excellent. Nateshia did an amazing job, and Aloysius consistently ensured we were well taken care of. The restaurant staff were also fantastic—Mr. Owen, Taneisha, and Melany always greeted us with smiles and attentive service. I shared some feedback with the Front Office Manager at checkout and look forward to seeing the hotel continue to grow and improve.

This is our second stay here.I'm certain it won't be our last...The chef accomadated me with my no salt diet nicely.Managers are always pleasant and the waitresses were very friendly and attentive.Especially Natasha! The meals are a little pricey.Nevertheless,very good.We love the Skyview and the poolside.Very relaxing.It was a great stay!!
