I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. The amenities were excellent, and the location was convenient for exploring the area. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend it.

The only issue I encountered was the parking fee. It would be much more transparent for guests if the cost of $1500 JM per night for garage parking was clearly communicated in advance. Alternatively, it should be included in the total price at check-in. Clarity on this matter would greatly enhance the overall experience.

Sea view I got was not really sea view, I was in an unventilated room with a seal glass looking through a small area of it straining my eyes to see the sea, don’t think I’ll ever go back at all … I actually had a mild panic attack while I was there just with the thought that if something seriously is happening on them hat floor I stayed no emergency windows only the staircase and the elevator … hearing about this hotel I got that wrong perception it’s not what I’d expected … the only service with no regrets was with the bell man he was very courteous and helpful, he is very good in welcoming you. Very good at his Job, I think he should be working the front desk instead of pushing bags to rooms. If I should recommend this hotel to anyone, I wouldn’t recommend for long term over one night. I was expecting more, it’s a new hotel and I still would rate Knutsford Court over it “no disrespect at all” I was just expecting far more

The staff was amazing and well mannered, they make sure to check you in quickly and the pool was also good, especially the beds. There was a concert happening down the street from the hotel, and some of the music was disturbing but that may have been because we booked when it was happening (not knowing it would), overall great place and the view was stunning.

Great location and hotel

Rok Hotel provided a comfortable stay. The rooms were clean and had plenty towels. There was a lot of staff that cleaned the rooms. Breakfast was good and the pool area was nice as well. I will stay here again. The staff was friendly.

The Hotel was great. The check in didnt take to long. The room were clean. The bed was excellent, had no problem sleeping. It offered different resturants and a cafe. Close to it there were many dining options also. I would stay again when Kingston.
