My stay was very good. The staff was very friendly and kind. The staff at the restaurant was very helpful . It was amazing Odean the bartender was very professional- and I remember seeing him there when I first stayed here a year ago. It was really good going back again and getting the same good treatment I will definitely return again.
The saltwater pool was a major disappointment—it was dirty, with visible debris like wrappers, used napkins, and insects. It didn’t feel safe or sanitary for anyone to swim in.
Most of the staff we encountered were unfortunately quite arrogant and dismissive. They weren’t helpful or attentive, and many had an unnecessarily rude or mean attitude. Out of everyone we interacted with, only about three staff members were genuinely kind and professional. That lack of courtesy really impacted our experience.
The food was just okay—nothing special. Definitely not something we’d go out of our way to have again.
Lastly, our room had a persistent unpleasant odor. We reported it to housekeeping multiple times, but nothing was resolved during our stay.
The property was nice and the staff was very helpful. The pool chairs pillows was riddled with bird poop and need to be cleaned or replaced and the breakfast options was limited.
This is my third time staying with them and the staff is always courteous from the front of the main entrance all the way to the front desk restaurant even the cleaning staff. Room appear small but appealing and clean. Theres on site dining but wish some shake up in both the breakfast menu as well as the a la carte menu

For the purpose of my trip, the location was good because it was easy to get to the airport. The cleaning of the room was inefficient, the floor specifically was extremely dirty because my white socks turned black, and the worst thing was the food, the pizza has too much cheese so it was heavy and the dough was not cooked, the chicken breast had no flavor, and very dry.and the mango sauce also has no flavor, the burger was small (the patty)and very dry. I called a taxi and had to cancel and was charged a $50 fee, this was also terrible experience because I cancelled maybe 15/20 minutes and I was told that they planned their whole day already. I would not be coming back and I certainly would not recommend this hotel.
