We have 1 mile of private wooded walking trails and wild life abounds. Minutes away from Alberta creek Marina on beautiful Lake Texoma. Excellent fishing, boating and swimming, and dining on lake Texoma. 2 miles to public swim beaches and great food on the water at Alberta Creek Marina, Five miles to the new West Bay Casino, 7 miles to the Texoma Casino, and 20 Minutes to the Grand Choctaw Casino and resort of Durant.
