Thanks! The staff was courteous and polite. The room was clean and big. Tryvto go to the restaurant Cancun next to the hotel. Food is very good and pretty good service. You can have good tequîla shot and not taking your car for the return because its in the same parking lot!😀

We arrived on site at 10 pm after a long drive and the place was nearly all dark. There was no restaurant on site as advertised...but a Mexican restaurant in the same large lot. We got our key and when we got to the key access door to our part it was taped over for open access to anyone. We decided to go eat and whenwe got to Completely unacceptable and insafe!! The Mexican restaurant warned us about what went on. My partner went out to get stuff from our car and witnessed multiple vehicles coming and going that were not patrons. One "guest" quietly stated this is how they do it. One drug deal at a time. He then advised we might want to find lodging elsewhere. A hotel that has over 250 rooms had only 5 vehicles in the lot except for the ones coming and going. I have pictures and some video. We packed up at 1:00 am and left. This was unnerving, expensive as we couldn't get a room anywhere convenient . We had to pay over 100.00 more that night. I called the PBI when we arrived at a safe hotel and complained. He said he would refund me but that he has never heard any such complaint. A staff member at the new hotel said it's a know drug den... I suffer from a chronic illness that stress exacerbates and the stress made me miss the whole event I was even in town for. Refunding my roomrate didnt nearly cover the cost of PBI's actions and stress. The added stress room etc cost me double what it should have. Expedia published a false ad as well. This place was not sage,

Perfect easy location

Quick overnight between hockey games. We took the chance to visit Plymouth and we’re so happy we did! Large room, comfortable beds, cute sofa section. Everything looked new in our room! Lots of great food nearby, too. For our needs, it was perfect. Good value.

Pool is in disrepair long term. No elevator, so we had to walk down a set of stairs that took us to the hall to walk up two flights of stairs to our room with a heavy suitcase. Got unpacked and the toilet was broken. Manager said it would be fixed but minutes later came to the room with a different room key, so we had to pack everything up to move to another room. No designated parking area as they share the lot with a busy restaurant. I spent 20 minutes driving around trying to snag a parking spot. The room itself is nice and clean. The amenities we were banking on for this stay were disappointing. The staff was very kind, but it was not what we expected! Womp, womp!

Many issues, run down

While the room itself was clean, the main areas of hotel were quite run down and didn't look too clean. The air conditioning unit in my room made very loud noises when the A/C kicked on. I was so tired both nights that I didn't let the hotel staff know, as I suspected it might not be easy waiting for them to deal with it. The door where I entered the hall for room had a key card access, but the lock was taped over therefore it was open to anyone. Again, I should have complained, but I just triple locked my door and felt that would probably keep me safe.

Horrible, horrible, horrible

It was the worst place to stay. Was supposed to be dig friendly but had to pay $25a night. Mgr gave me $5discount. Bed was hard, pullows awful, smelled so bad it was unbearable. Kids running tye hallsway until after midnight. Breakfast was very small and most was gone when i got there at a little past 7a. Had a dumpster put in front of my window, some guy was talking on his cellphone outside my window at 1130pm. Toilet would bit flush all the way, and there wA hair in the shower. I was supposed to stay until Saturday after getting there on Tuesday. I left early Thursday morning. Worst place. 7.4 is very generous.

The minute you entered the hotel the carpets smelled. The smell continued up into the room. It was moldy mildew smell. The walls were falling apart. Being held up by push pins. The pictures are not at all up to date. It is run down compared to the beautiful photos. The pool was closed for renovations. There was no notice provide on Expeida.

Avoid!

Place was gross. Lobby smelled like stale cigarette smoke. Carpet was worn. Our room had water damage. The worst was the little black hairs on our bathroom counter which meant the bathroom was not cleaned properly between guests
