The bed was hard as a rock. The room was not clean. The toilet had urine all over the toilet rim I mean it was covered and there was pubic hair all over the rim of the toilet. Tooth paste on the bathroom wall. Big cob webs in the bedroom area. The water in bathroom came out in little skinny streams like needles and took over 15 minutes to get any hot water. The pipes made loud banging noises when others were having showers. Would never stay there again.

We booked a room with a queen bed and sofa bed. When we arrived we were given a double bed and sofa bed. The walls were dusty, bed sheets were stained. The website says that service animals are allowed however one of the workers confronted my partner and told him we would be charged a $500 fee for our REGISTERED service animal being there. We informed her that in Ontario if someone requires a service animal you cannot deny them or charge an additional fee as those animals are needed. After showing our dogs paperwork She proceeded to tell us our dog was not a service animal and we would be charged the $500 fee. I would not recommend staying here!
