Everything was ok, a little pricey. My complaint is there was way too much chlorine used on the bedding. It caused issues with my wife and I. First off, the chlorine smell is all we could smell throughout the whole night. Second, the chlorine was so evident that our eyes were bothered by the gassing (chlorine) off from the bedding. My wife has had eye surgery, and this made her stay a challenge as it was worse on her eyes. If I hadn't pulled on the door when we were leaving for dinner, the room would not have been secure. It did not close on its own to close the latch. Clean, secure, and friendly, bedding issue means we'd not give another visit.

One night stay, clean, quiet and very convenient location, walking distance to everything, lots of options for dinning, ice-cream; staff is very friendly, support in every way. Parking is extra, over 6feet can park cross street; overnight rate is flat, daily rate is higher in hour rate. Adds up together is around 24 CAD per 24 hours. Overall, very happy.

Fantastic location for exploring the main attractions of Kingston. The ticket office for boat tours and the pick up point for the hop on hop off trolley tour is right outside and all of the great shops, bars and restaurants are minutes away. Hotel is dated but room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Staff were very friendly.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, and the beds very comfortable! We stayed during some warm days, and the air conditioning worked very well at maintaining a comfortable environment. The breakfast box option was a favourite for one of my children, and the others in my party enjoyed the food as well. The variety was certainly plentiful! The location of the hotel is perfect for accessing the downtown area, and its multitude of shops and restaurants. Our view of Lake Ontario was beautiful! We brought our dog, and there was no problem with having him stay with us. A park next door provided a space for him for walking. The only aspect I was surprised about this hotel was that they permanently rented a good portion of their main floor and hotel rooms to another business/service. Overall, this hotel provides good value.
