Make yourself at home at this beautifully renovated home just a few minutes away from Holston Valley Medical Center and Eastman in Kingsport. The home features two bedrooms and one bathroom. It was all recently renovated and all new furnishings in February of 2024.

Great neighborhood for an evening walk or walking your dogs. The home is conventially located near downtown Kingsport as well as Holston Valley Medical Center, Holston Medical Group, and Eastman.

This is a duplex home with a resident on the other side.

Parties, events, or weddings are not allowed.

To respect our neighbors, we observe quiet time between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. each day.

We provide high quality white linens in all of our properties. Guests will be charged a depreciated replacement value of these linens if they damage or stain them according to the following fee schedule: king sheets ($30), queen/full sheets ($25), twin sheets ($20), bath towels ($18), hand towels ($12), wash cloths ($6), kitchen towels ($12).

Nice, clean place for an overnight stay with comfortable beds. If you plan to cook, there is a nice selection of spices. Not too far from Bristol Motor Speedway.

Nice stay!

We needed a home base of operations while we searched for homes that surrounding area. The the price was reasonable and the home was comfortable and decorated with nice decor. The neighborhood is just okay, close to the plant and lots of stray cats, but we felt safe. The owners are very friendly and they have a good portal that tells you a lot of information about things to do in the surrounding area. There's a few small minor details that would have made to stay better, but all in all we would stay again if we needed to.

The house is very nice on the inside. Decor is lovely, beds are comfortable. Pet friendly. Lots of kitties in the neighborhood.
