We had such a great stay at the Hyatt. We had 3 families going and the staff made sure our three rooms were as close as possible. The rooms were all well stocked with great quality kitchen cookware. Bring your own seasonings though! We loved walking to the village and highlands gondola for skiing. The ski valet was also so amazing & convenient, while underground parking is great when there's snow. Highly recommend for families who value being close to the slopes!

The room was sparkling clean, incredibly spacious, and perfectly designed. Its close proximity to the gondola and the village made it easy to enjoy everything—there was so much to do just a short walk away.

The room was wonderful, clean, and nice. The staff wasn't all friendly, especially in the ski storage room. What I really didn't like was the pool was cold—the water didn't reach 90 degrees, as we were told, and it only opened until 9 p.m., even though the pool was scheduled for 10 p.m. The pool also had three doors, but you could only enter and exit through the game room, which required going out to the parking lot. This was a major inconvenience for everyone staying at the hotel.

Beautiful property. Well kept. Only issue was the master bathtub drain plug wasn’t operational, but we weren’t there long enough to get it fixed. Otherwise it was an A+ experience & stay. The manager was amazing! Allowing us to check into our room 2 hours early, which was a welcome accommodation. Ty kindly.

Room was lovely. We were on the first floor and access to the resort was walking distance. The room was well prepared with utensils, cookware, extra bedding, and extra towels. Almost like a second home.
