The living room and bedroom are updated with knotty pine walls and flat screen TV's. Warm neutral colors compliment the unit. The unit has 1 bath and a Queen in the bedroom and Queen Sofa sleeper in living room. Enjoy the beautiful lake-view from the patio which is enclosed.

Other amenities include the resort's lakeside heated pool. The recreation area is a short, pretty walk from the town home, and is open all year, (with the exception of maintenance closure, one week in the spring and fall) along with a club house, coed sauna and exercise room. The recreation area also includes tennis courts (lakeside) and a pier, great for swimming, fishing or for picking up guests in your boat.
The Neighborhood:
We are located on the north shore of Lake Tahoe and the area offers you a Kaleidoscope of things to do and see (whatever your mood or lifestyle); from skiing and boating, to exciting casino night life, to a quiet evening in front of the fire. This vacation condo becomes the ideal spot for an affordable family get-together, intimate weekend, week, or month away from it all.

We are close to a T.A.R.T. bus stop which runs to Truckee, Tahoe City, Kings Beach , Incline Village and back again!
