There were no drinks or snacks. There was only 1 person working. She gave us wrong directions to get into the building and I have cancer. The wrong directions made me walk 3 times as long as I should have. The bathroom water sprayed everywhere. The toilet was bubbling and wouldn’t flush. Was ignored for the stay. The breakfast was stale cereal.

Booked last minute when another chain didn't have our reservation. Check in was a breeze, interior was new and clean, and bed and pillows were by far the best we have had in a long time. Definely will be staying here in the future!

Very nice, clean and comfortable property. Very pleasing rooms on the "Wyndam Side" with Dreamy Beds & Pillows. I stayed 5 nights, didn't want to leave. The Entire F.D. Staff, Day And Night and also housekeeping, were most excellent! You all know who you are, and treated me so kindly and the Best Ever! I would highly recommend to everyone staying here when in Kingman. This property is my "New Go To" Hotel. Next stay here will be on the "Hawthorn Side", as this is a "Split Personality" Hotel. The rooms have more amenities in the rooms on the Hawthorn Side. Thanks To You All! J.M. A++++

Loud neighbors at almost midnight. Management said they could not move us to another room. Only about 8 cars in the parking lot. Homeless not full. They could have moved us easily. Poor management

The staff and room was really good. We enjoyed our room. I didn’t like the beds. The beds are too high. I’m very short and I couldn’t get get in the bed without a step that was loaned to us. We room should have a table to sit at.
