Pros: Pet-friendly, clean, as-pictured, comfortable, full kitchen, nice balcony. Liked the area away from bustle of Branson but close enough for an easy drive.Cons: Our code did not work upon arrival, & it took 38 mins for someone to respond. Then a few more minutes to get in. This is not acceptable. This cabin is a duplex & they were doing renovations next door. I understand that renos have to occur sometimes, but we should have been told that in advance & perhaps offered a discount or something. No one goes to a quiet lake cabin to hear drills, compressors, hammering, etc. There was zero communication about this. Also, one day it was raining & we were enjoying the back balcony. Then they started working next door & smoking so we had to go inside b/c of the smoke & then leave in the rain b/c of the work.On the last night, the internet went out which kept us from watching TV (the only night that we tried to watch it). I texted the number given around 7:30pm, someone replied that they would "inform the team". Nothing happened until the next morning when someone texted asking if it was working now. That was about 14 hours later, & no point since we had to be out that morning by 10am (still wasn't working). Overall: It's a cute small cabin in a great location. Walking down to the lake each morning & evening was great - pretty & relaxing. It could've been 5 stars if check-in & communication was better. It was never clear who I was communicating with either.
