Great euro feel hotel! Wine lounge/dining room has good menu for dinner and serves as the continental breakfast area. The breakfast itself is well done with dry cereal, toast bagels hard boiled eggs fruit, yogurt. Lots of condiment options for bagels and toast, smoked salmon,cream cheese, PB and J. All staff were pleasant and helpful.

Our stay here was amazing. Such a quaint inviting place. Made me feel like we were in a bed and breakfast more than a hotel. Such a homey feel. The owner operator and other staff were so friendly and made this stay even more special. If we ever come back to Kimberly we would gladly come for another stay. Restaurants within walking distance. We had a single queen room and it was small but it was perfect for us. Instead of sitting in the room, there is so many other inviting sitting areas. The other guests were even friendly keeping the vibe of this place extra inviting. Very clean and recently renovated.

Lovely boutique hotel in downtown Kimberley. The continental breakfast was in a great space and was very, very good. Next week they are opening Uva - Wine Bar and we are already thinking of going back to try this restaurant out. Excellent staff, service and facilities. We just had a great experience at this hotel.

The Larix is a wonderful boutique hotel with beautifully cozy spaces throughout. Very nicely appointed rooms....and fabulous beds! They also have a brilliant wood heated Finnish sauna that is a wee slice of heaven!

We had the most incredible hotel experience at the Larix! We stayed 6 nights over the Christmas holiday. The hotel was so charming from the aromatherapy scent to the thoughtfully appointed decor, fireplace, festive vibes and friendly staff. There were many seating lounges for relaxation, book reading and game playing. The breakfast buffet was amazing as well as the 24 hr refreshment/snack bar. It was nice to cuddle up to the outdoor wood fire pit and wood stove cedar sauna. We even got a stocking stuffed with treats on Christmas Day! We def plan a return visit. We highly recommend this hotel for all the reasons mentioned above and for its convenient location across from the platzel and 10 min drive to Kimberley mountain. Shaun and Jan
