Maura was absolutely wonderful. She gave us some amazing local travel trips and was so personable. She remembered everyone’s names that walked in the door and treated them accordingly. All the staff were great but she was memorable. The room was perfect and was the best stay we’ve had yet in Ireland.

The property and Staff at the Victoria were amazing and accommodating. Before we even checked in, they called to tell us that food service was ending for the day and to see if we wanted anything put aside for our arrival. We were greeted warmly and our rooms were impeccably decorated and maintained. The breakfast had a huge variety of menu options and all we tried were delicious. We will definitely return on our next trip.

It is a really beautiful and unique property. We visited in February and I hope to be back one day when the weather is warmer and the flowers are blooming. The staff are so extremely friendly and accommodating. Our breakfasts were both beautiful and delicious. I cannot say enough good things about our stay!!

The Victoria was a lovely experience overall. The renovation and kitschy style of this hotel was really nicely done, but the thing that shines the brightest is the friendliness of the staff. Maura at the front desk was absolutely one of the loveliest people I encountered in all of Ireland. Natalia in the restaurant was also lovely and always greeted us with the most genuine smile. The food in the restaurant was excellent as well. The fish and chips I had wound up being the best I had during my trip. The only negative mark I have about my stay is that the suite that we stayed in had a rather musty odor that was very unpleasant. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this hotel again, but would want a different room.

Beautiful, peaceful spot in Killarney

we were there of only two nights, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. everyone was so welcoming and warm, especially Noel. Unfortunately, a family emergency cut our trip to Ireland short, but we will be back, and will definitely be staying at The Victoria again.

Love staying at the Victoria

Beautiful hotel, clean and very comfortable room, lovely bathroom, very comfortable bed. Lovely breakfast with great choices prepared individually. And great service throughout. Love it. We were here before and we'll be here again. And it's right next to the INEC.

Great hotel.

The hotel was a great find. The service was great and our room was very comfortable. The only minor problem was that you could not control the temperature and the room became a little warm even though it was cool outside.

This is a beautiful, well appointed hotel. Very clean, comfortable beds with nice linens. Maids tidied the room daily. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful for those with large appetites. The restaurant was very good as well. Walkable to town but it is a mile or so. All staff were friendly and helpful. All in all, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend the Victoria.
