The Randles is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed in. Beautiful room, comfortable bed, and overall just really classy. Justin at the front desk was amazing. Alan our server did a great job as well. A++

A really beautiful property. Room was pretty nice and bathroom was luxurious. The staff was welcoming but new server (not sure) in bar/restaurant. Not an abundance of food for breakfast but it tasted good. No pool. Definitely recommend for the ambiance.

The room was very nice. It was large and there was a lot of room. Our major complaint was with the bathroom. The tile in the bathroom was gorgeous and there was a lot of it. However, there was no enclosure for the shower. It made a mess. Water everywhere. There was no place to put your toiletries except above the toilet. They could've put like 3 different vanities in there for the customer but no. The water pressure in the sink was dismal. Difficult to shave. There was foam sealant coming out of the wall where the shower head came out. Just a very odd bathroom.

We had a few mishaps during our stay here, but the staff is friendly, the rooms are nice, and the location is great! I didn’t love the breakfast, but the regular restaurant had great food!

My only beef would be that we had reserved a king bed and when we got there, we had a double bed and a single bed. However, my husband and I compromised and it worked. Everything else was great.

My husband and I loved everything about Randles Hotel. Our room was very spacious and comfortable and had huge windows looking out onto the town. The jaunting carriages came by every few minutes which made it feel like we were in another time era. It was close to the city centre and was the perfect starting point for the Ring of Kerry. The restaurant at the hotel had excellent food. The staff were very courteous. We stayed there 4 nights and got spoiled. We’ll definitely be back.

Terrific hotel in Killarney.

Staff was amazing, so friendly and responsive! They went above and beyond. The beds were comfortable, the room spotless and the bathroom shower the best! Delicious, extensive breakfast served in an elegant dining room. Very convenient to public transportation, shopping, restaurants and the National Park, but quiet and away from the bustle. It said 4 stars, but we think it deserves 5!
