Very handicap friendly and accommodating. In spite of mobility issues my husband was able to enjoy the room view and sit in the beach gazebo and get a beach experience. Staff is super! Recommend it highly.

Come on people, this is not a 9 out of 10 hotel. There was nothing above average about it stay. Everything was just "fine". The beds were comfortable enough, pillows were quite hard though. The Internet was poor and frequently buffered. Water pressure was very weak. Room was small, not much space to move around. Balcony only had 2 chairs, no table. Overall stay was totally fine, but folks need to be a little more discerning with their ratings.

Overall a nice place to stay, love the lay out of room with kitchen dinette. The beds were a tad hard for my liking. Would have been nice to have an elevator, but not a game changer. There were a lot of maintenance ppl taking care of the property throughout the day to keep it looking nice. The property had a lot of outside seating and and beautiful terrace overlooking the beach with beach access. Very lovely! The breakfast was nothing to write home about with next to no gluten free options. Found to be a little weird not to have protein of any sorts such as eggs and or a meat.

Need a warning that no plates, bowls or silverware are part of kitchenette. However, the front desk staff on Monday night (15 Sep) went out of her way to get us paper plates, bowls and plastic utensils. Room was nice and beach access excellent! Liked parking right in front of room 112!

Room was clean but the room lacked a view and the walls were super thin as we could hear everything that was being said in the rooms on either side of us. We could easily access the beach but the many steps were difficult for those of us that have physical challenges.

The rooms were clean. We had a broom and dust pan. That was helpful but a small room vacuum would’ve been better. The breakfast was ok nothing fancy. Coffee was good. The lady who oversaw the breakfast was nice and kept the area clean and stocked. Management needs to purchase newer bananas. Check in and out were easy events.

Fabulous!

We stayed here last year and were happy to return this year. We were not disappointed. Great location, wonderful room, staff is friendly and quick to respond. Our air conditioning went out and it was replaced and working while we went out to dinner. We plan on staying here again next year and have already booked. Highly recommend!
