I'd never recommend for seniors! And l'd never recommend until a number of issues are addressed. We had no hot water either night or heat the last night of a two night stay. Probably most bothersome was no window covers for privacy. It was like being in a fish bowl! To their credit the host tried to fix the hot water issue, but didn't. They communicated well with us and were pleasant people. The unit was well equipped with necessities. The bed was difficult to get into and out of for seniors. If everything worked as it should have, this evaluation would have been better.
