Pet Friendly Accommodation in Kihim

Property was great. Staff was super helpful and hospitality was unmatched. However there is one problem. I have not received the invoice that I was promised at the time of check out. I was supposed to get it by email but I haven't.

A special thank you to Priya at the front desk, who checked us in so graciously and set the tone for a wonderful stay. She also took us to our room and checked us in there. Our room was decorated with flowers and balloons and the bed also had throws and cushions saying Happy Birthday. She then ordered us tea and coffee and that cake with the most delicious cake and cookies . Thank you for organising that for us and it was thoroughly enjoyed. We’d like to express our heartfelt appreciation to Arjun, the Deputy Food and Beverage Manager, who consistently went out of his way to engage with us, asking about our day, offering great local restaurant recommendations, and always checking in to ensure we were enjoying our time.
