Our exquisite ocean view condo is located in Kihei, Maui! This 1,100 sq. ft. vacation haven boasts 2 bedrooms (1 queen and 2 twin beds) with ample closet space, 2 bathrooms, and a spacious living and dining area with a lofty cathedral ceiling, providing a sense of openness and tranquility. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for all your culinary adventures, while a queen-sized pull-out bed couch in the living area offers additional sleeping options. Additionally, during your stay, you can enjoy the convenience of having a washer and dryer unit at your disposal.

Strategically located in Building 7, this condo offers unobstructed, panoramic ocean views from its lanai, which has two open sides. Enjoy the majestic sight of the ocean and the serene beauty of Haleakala Mountain without any obstructions. Building 7 is the second closest building to the beach, ensuring a peaceful and private atmosphere away from street noise. Unlike other units in the complex, our lanai provides a wide and spectacular ocean view, making it the best vantage point to witness breathtaking sunsets and sunrises in serenity.

Convenience is key, as this condo is situated just in front of the pool and BBQ facility, making family gatherings and outdoor cooking a breeze. Being on the south side (Wailea side) of the complex means that the lanai remains shaded throughout the day, allowing you to relax and indulge in the awe-inspiring ocean view without the intensity of tropical afternoon sunlight that affects units on the northern side (Kihei side).

We've recently updated the unit with new carpeting, flooring, and furniture, ensuring a fresh and comfortable ambiance. Stay connected with free Wi-Fi, enjoy cable television on each level, and take advantage of ceiling fans in every room, as well as air conditioning in each bedroom and the living room. For your convenience, we provide beach equipment, boogie boards, and more, all conveniently stored in the lanai storage.

Building 7 guarantees front door parking, a luxury not available in Buildings 1, 2, 3, and 4, which are on the northern side of the complex. With its prime location and array of amenities, our unit offers the best experience for your vacation needs—proximity to the beach, unobstructed views, serenity free from traffic noise, easy access to the pool and BBQ area, and hassle-free front door parking.

When you choose to stay in our condo, you can expect a stress-free and relaxing vacation. Everything is in good condition, and you'll find all the comforts and amenities you need for a sun-soaked escape.
