This studio condo is quiet, clean and a holiday retreat with a sunset view. Within walking distance of two great restaurants; Monsoon, an excellent Indian restaurant and Isana, for fish and sushi. The studio is on the 2nd floor west facing with a peek-a-boo view of the ocean. This complex is a small boutique resort across the street from the beach and Kalepolepo State Park. Turtles come on shore to the park and its 500 year old Hawaiian Fish Pond to sleep at sunset.
The condo has bamboo and tile flooring. The lanai view is of the West Maui Mt.'s, a perfect spot for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. The complex is well lit for safety. A keyless entry system on the door, with a rotating code, allows for secure contactless entrance whenever you arrive.

Get away from the hustle and bustle of the larger tourist filled condos and book with me. Kihei Bay Surf has only 118 units and is in a private setting. You will enjoy the lovely Hawaiian gardens and view from your very own private lanai. A BBQ area, a pristine swimming pool and hot tub, the Humpback Whale National Marine Sanctuary across the street, as well as 3 mile beach and close to one of the largest stretch of sandy beach on Maui, perfect for sunbathing, strolls, swimming, jogging water sports such as kite boarding and surfing, and so much more! Catch a whale watch cruise from Maalaea Harbor (during season), just a 10 minute drive form our home!

Make your friends jealous. Selfies on a Zipline through a tropical plantation, snorkeling with turtles or at 10K feet above it all on top of Haleakala! Maui is our home. Contact us for more Maui activity ideas. We can make suggestions; whale watching, island hot spots, dine with celebrity chefs, car rental and seasonal events.

I'd recommend booking the night on the last day of your stay if you have a later flight. It is so much easier to leave from the condo rather than wonder where to sit all day until your flight boards.

What guests have been saying: "clean", "centrally located for Maui sightseeing", "close to shopping and restaurants", "quiet, safe and secure".

Recommendations: I would rent a car. The Island is big and you'll need one to site see and shop. Bring snacks and drinks, picnics are the way to enjoy every day's excursion.

Beaches: Sugar Beach is one of the best on Maui, across the street and 6 miles of white sand awaiting your footprints.

This was a great stay! Thank you, Kevin. Very communicative and helpful. It was a 4-5 mins walk by the ocean. Which is pretty cool! Everything you need is there and he provided beach chairs, umbrella, towels and cooler for use. It was clean and had no issues.

The location across the street from a public access to the beach was fantastic! The studio apartment was comfortable and supplied with all we needed for our 10-day stay. We appreciated the comfortable queen-sized bed, dresser and closet for unpacking clothes, and futon couch beyond a small dining table and chairs. We used the beach towels and chairs and the ESSENTIAL ice chest, too! We only had time to enjoy the pool and spa on a few occasions, a pleasant addition to amenities. We became fans of the two nearby food cart pods when not cooking for ourselves. Kevin, the host, was easy to reach and quick to respond to our needs.

He had very clear and instructive communications throughout the entire process and provided great recommendations for things to do/places to eat/what to see around the island. Kevin was an exceptionally helpful and welcoming host. The booking, check-in, and check-out process was seamless, and he thoughtfully accommodated our late arrival by ensuring the condo was well lit and the AC set to a comfortable temperature.The condo was spotless and well stocked with amenities, including extra shampoo, conditioner, soap, bath and beach towels, and kitchen supplies. A particularly nice touch was the “pay it forward” cupboard, where previous guests have left items such as noodles, salt, and sugar to help future visitors. Guests are encouraged to leave non-perishable items at the end of their stay—what a great idea!The accommodations themselves are fantastic, featuring a large TV, a pull-out sofa bed, and a spacious bed with a very comfortable mattress. There’s something special about falling asleep to the fresh ocean air, with easy beach access and such a restful night’s sleep. If swimming in the ocean isn’t your thing, the condo also offers a pool, hot tub, and tennis court.This condo is truly an amazing find and a perfect choice for a Maui vacation.

Kevin was great host ,the place was very clean right across the beach with lots of turtles everyday and everything we needed!I will recommend this place for everyone and special for families with young kids because across the street is an Hawaiian Pond with shallow water on one side that the kids can walk all the way to the rocks and observe the turtles up close!

Loved the location, nice clean unit, and Kevin was great to work with when we had questions. The private tennis court was incredible. The balcony and glass door/windows face the road, so light sleepers may want earplugs. 100% would stay here again if we come back to Maui.

The house is completely for one person and when we arrived, there were lids and flies in it. We couldn't sleep at night. We even had to stay in the car for one night. We couldn't sleep well. All of the expenses were blocked. The toilet was clogged very often. The towels also smelled bad. We dried with paper towels. It was an extremely small and insufficient stay for its price. He was going to make us wash dishes without shame. He said you can eat what's in the closet. However, if we didn't check, we would be poisoned. There were expired products.

First of all, I would like to say that Kevin was the worst host that i have EVER interacted with. I was going through some difficult times and needed desperately to at least change my dates for the reservation, reached out to Kevin multiple times asking if he would change my reservation, because he was quick to reapond NO REFUNDS, NEVER responded to my conservative questions regarding the change of dates. As for the condo, very outdated. The bathroom smelled like mold the entire time,

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It really felt like home for us. Very clean, comfortable, quiet, well stocked pay-it-forward items, AC was super cold, beds were so comfy, lots of extra pillows, bedding and towels. My boys even got to enjoy the pool and jacuzzi. We really appreciated Kevin as our host as he was very quick and open with communication. I’ll definitely book again when we visit.

Perfect location; great Condo

Kihei Bay Surf is a great little condo set up with premium location. It is quite and the whole property is non smoking. Pool area was quiet and quant, the perfect little spot, and the included parking was also great. Kevin's unit is set up well with a nice granite kitchen, new appliances, split ac, a good bed and futon if needed. We travelled with 2, but could have put our son on the fiton with enough space for all. Everything was laid out well with great instructions and communication. Check in was seemless, like going to our own place. The beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, cooler etc. were greatly appreciated and used extensively. Awesome rental at a fair price...book it!

Cozy Condo

This condo was a comfy resting place for my friend and me as we enjoyed Kihei for seven days from April 22nd to 29th. The A/C is wonderful and the mattress is fantastic. My senior friend said her back did not even hurt when she got up in the morning whereas at home, she suffers back pain every morning getting up from her own bed. Wow! And of course, Kevin the owner was very responsive and attentive. We thought the busy Kihei road might affect our rest but it really calmed down at night so we slept well during our stay. In short, we highly recommend Kevin’s place!
