The home was very clean amd the sheets were so soft! Im a bit biased as far as the color scheme due to love for teal/blues. Amazing location on a beautiful beach. A/C worked well. For a shorter to medium length stay this was a good option, I think for a longer trip we would want some more room and a better appointed kitchen. We didn’t like the bed but the views were gorgeous and it’s an unbeatable location. For a week or so trip I would book again. We had an issue with the keypad lock running out of batteries but the host helped quickly to resolve it. There were some hair tumbleweeds and a few areas that didn’t seem completely clean when we arrived but it was minor and the kitchen, bed, and bathroom surfaces were clean. Overall we really enjoyed this condo and were impressed with the grounds and location.

This spot is truly amazing! The view is breathtaking, the grounds are immaculate and the roosters are as delightful as ever. We’ve stayed at Surfside eight times before, in different suites each time. This suite is priced to match its charm, which we appreciate since Maui is getting pricier. It’s a bit dated, but we didn’t mind. The only real downsides were that it wasn’t as well-appointed as some of our other stays, so we ended up buying a few things such as ziploc bags and storage containers. The beach chairs were in pretty rough shape (broken straps and dirty) and there was no umbrella. We had to rent an umbrella and borrow chairs from the Surfside office for the whole trip, which was a bit of a letdown since we hadn’t had to do that before. We did have a lock issue, but the owners were quick to fix it. The suite does need a good clean. The bathroom and bedroom fan need some attention. Overall, we had a wonderful time and these little things aren’t deal-breakers for us, but it’s good to know beforehand.

Excellent condo location. Space exactly as described. Green space next to the building is lovely and didn’t realize how expansive it was going to be. Perfect for relaxing or playing yard games. Ocean view from the lanai and dining area are excellent and so relaxing. Perfect sunsets from the lawn. Will definitely stay here again for our next trip to Kihei!!

Electronic lock did not work, 2 mornings there was a cockroach on the counter, screen door to balcony comes off track every time, couch cushions need to be cleaned. If you look up at the fan in the bathroom, you can view inside it and it’s filthy. I’d rate the condo 7.5

Amazing location with beautiful views off the back deck. Pool access and beach within walking distance. Additional 5-10 min drive takes you to more beaches, shops and restaurants on the main strip. Bed and sofa bed were uncomfortable and unit a bit worn but overall a really good stay.

We stayed at this condo 10 years ago in a different unit. This unit was nice and appeared as the listing describes. The property has been upgraded and updated. Our kids loved playing on the lawn every night and made friends with many other kids. I appreciated the hooks and vertical storage options as there wasnt a lot of storage for a family of 4. My only issue was no kitchen towels...we used a bathroom towel. We cooked at the uni and it was adequately supplied with the basics. We grilled several times and never had to wait. We used the laundry room on site and it was easy and not busy.

Fantastic views!

Ocean view is breathtaking with windows on the whole wall. We asked our kids to sleep in the bedroom and used the coach for ourselves so we could enjoy waking up with this beautiful view :)The area is quiet with heated swimming pool and great beach being a big plus.Easy self check-in and responsive owner. Will definitely stay in again if we come back to Maui
