Don’t stay here.

Place was filled with cockroaches, hair on the bed, bugs in the freezer. Patio door was broken, AC didn’t work. We left immediately as it was unhabitable. Had to find a place last minute. Never would have booked it if the description was accurate.

Great location, beach-ready apartment.

Had a great stay here. Five minute walk to Kama’ole beach where we had an excellent snorkeling experience. Bring in Kihei we were a short walk from anything we needed. The apartment has beach gear that we made great use of and were very grateful for. All in all a good stay. My only recommendation for the unit we were in would be to upgrade the bed in there. I found it to be stiff and any time my partner or I moved it seemed to shake the entire bed. This did not have a big effect on our stay but would have made it even better.

I stayed here for vacation and it was not a great experience. I did like the property overall but the room had some issues. I want to say I have stayed at other private properties so I am familiar with the process. The condo has been recently updated however there is only one AC unit in the living room NOT IN THE BEDROOM. So every night I woke up every night sweating on a very uncomfortable bed. I’m not even a person that turns my AC low at night time. So if you like to be cold this is not the place for you. I turned the AC down and tried to use the fans to move the air but it did not work. So then by the end of the week I was sleeping on the futon that is also not very comfortable. So I really did not sleep well the entire vacation. Also the shower pressure is very high which is fine but it’s a half wall with a shower curtain. The shower curtain flaps and there is no way to secure it so every time you shower you have to mop up water from the floor. They say they give you a starter pack but that consists of 3 towels and 2 rolls of toilet paper. Thank god it was only 2 of us but I could not imagine sharing the little resources we had unless we bought our own detergent to do wash every other day. I reached out to them bc the desk said they might give me more toilet paper. They didn’t respond until 2 days later so I was out looking for toilet paper at 1030 pm after running around all day and worrying getting up early the next day. Save your money and go somewhere…..

Property was marketed as 1001 ft.² it was only 650 ft.² roll up curtain are broken. Management was aware still hasn’t done anything about it and I’m still waiting for a partial refund or credit as it was mis advertised.

We we were in c607. Which had a fantastic view but the room was broken. The curtains in the front room didn’t shut, the safe was broken, the showers glass doors felt like they were fall off the hinges, the toilet paper holder was pulled out of the wall, the floor by the sliding glass door had water damage and the floor had swollen from this damage. We went to shut the glass louvers and one of the glass panel fell out and broke into a thousand pieces. This room definitely needs updated. Like I said the only thing that saved this trip was our friends were with us in another room on the property (and their room was beautiful but had no view) and the view from c607 was beautiful. I would spend my vacation dollars again at this property but I would try to get a better maintained room.

My experience started out pretty bad. We showed up and there was someone parked in our designated parking spot. We walk up to our room and the front door is open. Some lady is sitting in the living room. Turns out she had an open house to sell the place. It went downhill from there. Internet access? No. Key to the pool area? No.
