The living area opens to a private lanai with ocean view and space to enjoy the island breeze. On warmer days, the air conditioning will keep you cool while relaxing indoors.
Everything you need to create a gourmet meal is in the fully stocked, beautifully remodeled kitchen with white cabinetry and stainless-steel appliances. The kitchen island extends to a large built in seating area for five. If “eating in” isn’t part of your vacation plans, there are several dining options within walking distance or a short drive away.
The primary bedroom sleeps two with a plush queen-sized bed, resort quality linens, and a private ensuite bathroom with tub and shower combination. Each bedroom has its own air conditioning system and a ceiling fan to ensure ideal climate control.
The secondary bedroom sleeps two with two twin-sized beds, resort quality linens, abundant closet space, and access to the hallway bathroom with shower. The retreat also sleeps an additional two guests on the queen-sized pull-out sofa bed in the living room. For your convenience, the home also has an in-unit washer and dryer. If you plan to rent a car to explore the island, the unit also includes private parking for one vehicle.
If you’ve exhausted your day at the beach, feel free to unwind in the pool and spa, located on the first floor. BBQ’s and picnic tables are at your disposal to make for a perfect pool day BBQ.

**Additional Cleaning Fee: An additional cleaning fee of $200 will be charged to Guest for excess sand brought into the house. Guests are asked to wash their feet and feet of children before entry into the home. Sand found on furniture or in beds will result in the additional $200 cleaning fee. White towels and linens are not to be used to remove make-up or for cleaning greasy, bloody or dirty objects. A $20/towel and $50/sheet cleaning fee will be assessed for damage to towels and linens.**
