Offers airport pick up but has no capacity or organization to make it happen. The staff was nice and polite but undertrained. Meals were poorly prepared. Failed to clean bathroom On one occasion and did not replenish soap. They were nice but over promised and under delivered.

I only got to spend seven whole hours but I can tell you that it was extremely clean, the bedding was luxurious, the staff was excellent and breakfast was great. Highly recommend
