Beautiful location, beautiful property, on the surface! Cleaning was clearly done around the furniture. Dog lost his ball under the sofa and when we retrieved it a massive dust ball came out Hot tub didnt work properly even after following instructions. No spa shoes or robe as what was advertised. No charcoal bbq either. No garden furniture either.Bed sheets were stained and clearly not fresh. Cob webs on the ceiling and ornaments. Garden was not pet safe, let alone a garden. No furniture.1 toilet roll per bathroom... yet no kitchen roll for spillages. And, again no cleaning equipment for the kitchen.Shower pressure was abysmal.Dirty coffee cup left in the master bedroom.The property is in a prime location with beautiful views, and on the surface, a well kept house.. Attention to detail was massively lacking
