Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

very comfortable and welcoming

My only critism is that it was not easy to find. I was hoping to arrive in daylight but had hold ups on the motorway so it was pitch black and although Tom Tom got me to the right place there was no indication that told me where the farm house was. A few lables for the B&B would help. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay
