What drew us to this place was that we could hear the ocean calling us from our private deck and then be digging our toes in the sand after a 2 minute walk to the nearest boardwalk leading to the beach. We hope that you and your family will also be drawn to our recently renovated family friendly end-unit villa for these reasons and so much more. Relaxation and creating beautiful memories is our hope for you as you rest and take advantage of the fantastic location of this West Beach villa, just a short bike or car ride to Freshfields Market and a charming town center full of restaurants, premier shops and services.

Our bright, spacious open living and dining area are ideal for your family and friends to unwind on the comfy couch, play a board game, and/or convene at the dining table to share a meal. Our kitchen is well-stocked with cookware and bakeware and even a new dual function coffeemaker. You can enjoy your beverage on the back deck as the sun peaks through the tall trees or on a quiet evening. The three bedrooms all have attached bathrooms which have been updated with modern tiles, vanities and soothing large rainshower heads. Although our villa has beds for 6 people, there is a modular sofa to accommodate at least 1 more person. With 1500 sq ft, one bedroom on the first floor and two on the second, there is plenty of room to enjoy each others’ company but then seclude oneself for some “me” time!

Kiawah Island is unique in that it is a gated, safe and secluded sanctuary. Our villa is in a part of the island where there is the easiest access to the main entrance, Freshfields Village Market and you are just minutes away from The Sanctuary and Night Heron Park. The newly built Cougar Point clubhouse and the Conference center are a few minutes walk away. The proximity to the beach is the most attractive attribute of this villa, just a two minute walk to the boardwalk leading to 10-miles of sandy beach. Bike rental companies are available and the bike path before the Sandcastle takes you straight to the beach in a minute.
