188 Sandwedge Court is a charming three bedroom, two bath home nestled within the quiet Middlewoods West neighborhood just beyond Kiawah’s main gate. This home offers unspoiled views of the 16th-hole fairway of Gary Player’s Cougar Point golf course.
Take a short five minute walk or quick bike ride and you'll be at the ocean's edge in no time.(0.3mi) There are 10 miles of glorious beach to enjoy and you can ride your bike right on the hard packed sand. Cougar Point Golf Course along with the Players Pub restaurant is a short distance away or hop on a bike trail to wander around the island from this centrally located point.
No smoking and no pets allowed. Please no more than 6 guests including children in the home. The home does have a Ring doorbell camera on the front porch.
When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $210 (amount dependent on length of stay)to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.
As our guest, you will have access to 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2021 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; Free Wireless Internet Access; Our Local Property Management team is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay.
