Private Queen Suite with Own Entrance – Walk to Town & Beach

Enjoy your own space in this comfortably furnished queen suite, attached to our family home but with a private entrance — no shared areas, just your own secure and cosy place to stay.

The suite includes a queen bed, built-in wardrobes, large private bathroom, and tea/coffee-making facilities.

It’s a convenient base for exploring Kiama, located in a friendly and peaceful cul-de-sac and just a 15-minute almost-flat walk into town (a rare find in hilly Kiama!) and a 10-minute flat walk to the beach.

With double-layered soundproof insulation between the suite and our home, you’ll enjoy a comfortable and private stay. You may occasionally hear the gentle sounds of family life during the day, but evenings are peaceful, with quiet hours from 9 pm–7 am.

You’ll have:

- 29 m² spacious private suite with own entrance
- Parking right outside the door in the driveway
- Queen bed with quality mattress, linen & pillows
- Large built-in wardrobes
- Large, light-filled, recently renovated private bathroom with fresh towels, Leif quality soaps, washing products and accessories
- 50l mini-fridge, kettle, Nespresso coffee pod machine (with pods), SodaStream machine, and - tea/coffee supplies (no microwave or cooking facilities)
- Picnic basket set complete with picnic rug, mini picnic table and all crockery / cutlery needed
- High powered Philips pedestal fan (no air con sorry, but this is a cool and well-ventilated room)
- Free Wi-Fi and 50-inch smart TV with access to Netflix, Stan, YouTube & more (own login required - noted we cannot receive terrestrial TV channels in this part of Kiama like Ch7/9/10)
